The Oaks at University Business Park

The Oaks at University Business Park consists of five office buildings totaling 360,000 square-feet.  Located at I-10 West off the DeZavala exit, The Oaks is situated adjacent to the other University Business Park buildings amidst 200 mature Heritage Oak trees that R. L. Worth & Associates and Kopplow Construction have preserved.  In addition to feeling like a Hill Country oasis from the city, The Oaks also features a recreational center on the campus that is available to every tenant.  The recreational center will include a full kitchen, ping-pong table, outdoor park benches, a large porch and free Wi-Fi.  At an additional cost to participating businesses, continental breakfast will be served in the mornings.  The Oaks at University Business Park is expected to be available 2nd quarter 2009.
